Restaurant Rank is a fusion of art, jazz, and culinary. All the products are high-quality and carefully sourced from local and sustainable farms. 26-years old head chef Michaela Frank has taken a contemporary approach to Swiss cuisine in Rank. Their signature dish, "Congee" (first picture), is inspired by Michaela's mother, who is from Shanghai. The dish is never the same and constantly changes depending on the season, mood, and the products they have in the kitchen, but the basic idea is always the same. I am happy that I stumbled upon this place because for me personally it connects everything that I love and shares similar values - Jazz, art and sustainable dishes.
